At some point and time in life, most people develop an idea of who and what they want to be in life. Mostly as young children, we can imagine ourselves being these things. Children are encouraged to use their imagination to help spark creative play. They can pretend to be this or that, and imagine themselves as something else and even imagine themselves in other places.

As we grow older, the imagination dies some. It shouldn’t, but it does. We may find that our imagination wanders, but we immediately snap back being cautious to not entertain “false hopes.” We get jobs and work to survive.

Some people can walk right into their dreams, but others, it may take some time. My studies of the Law of Attraction has taught me that even in my adult life, it is extremely important to continue using my mind to create the life that I want to live, and even to attract the things that I want to have.

I get it though, reality hits and adults have to deal hands-on with life. We often don’t have time to exercise the power of the mind. However, it isn’t too late! What’s that goal that you’ve had for sometime now? What is that life dream that you want to pursue? Get that thing in your mind and start to visualize it happening. Start picturing it already done. Start seeing yourself Living Big Dreams!

Encourage your children to believe that their dreams can come true. Allow them to describe what they would like their future to be like. Find activities that will prepare them for the type of life that they desire. If they change their mind along the way, that’s fine too. Just continue to allow them to LIVE BIG DREAMS!
